In January 2006, my family and I traveled to Aruba on an all-inclusive winter vacation. The island offers dazzling beaches and five star hotels, along with many historic landmarks. Since beautiful beaches can be found on many popular island resorts, this website will focus on Aruba's history and other popular tourist locations. This site was developed and is maintained by Dan Starrs to give you a glimpse of a place that is about as close to heaven one can come to here on earth, and to help you decide if you may one day want to vacation in paradise.
